You will need subscribe to receive announcements. The system will require that you have a MyVISI Customer Portal (or Support Center) account. If you already have one, you may log in and choose the lists to which you want to subscribe. If you do not have an account, you may request one at https://support.visi.com/
Requests will be validated with existing account contacts. If someone else associated with your primary account has a Customer Portal login, they may open a support ticket to make this request. This method will automatically validate the request.
Once you log in with your support center account, you will be able to subscribe to the various lists under your contact profile.
After April 2nd, 2007, we will no longer post announcements in the USENET newsgroups.
